I think Zith has been overtaken by Doxy as the most effective treatment for Chlamydia in cats Penny. I know Zith was popular for a while but it isn't the first choice now as far as I know.

If the other cat had perfect kittens by the same stud, it would most likely be in the cat which had dead kittens though
