thanks for all the well wishes .
Orion is absolutely fine in himself .. just the same old mischievious kitten he has always been .
keeps dumping his toy mouse in his water bowl and then splashing about . I think he is trying to drown it .

Bowel was put back in .. although worse than last time .. the op was uncomplicated, suture is in place . Normally they keep it in for 24 hours then remove but today the vet decided to leave it for another 24 hours . Antibiotics / steriods and prokalin . I have been advised to worm him again . So this time I used Drontal as opposed to the panacure I used last month .
Now waiting for the results of the faeces sample.
Just hoping and praying he doesn't prolapse as soon as the stitch comes out tomorrow.

hope your boy is feeling better soon. i use profender spot on wormer as i find this the only wormer that doesnt give my cats a poorly tummy. not sure if there is an age or weight they need to be but worth knowing if drontol upsets him. :D
