That we as a breeding group in the UK have decided that we are going to allow the Snow Serengeti with hopefully the appropriate blue eyes. These have not been included in the US but we intend to here in the UK. It is a rarity to see blue eyes beyond the Colourpoints...Bengals and the whites in the UK and we hope to have a blue-eyed section of the Serengeti breed... blue eyes in some colours with the exception of the Bengal and the Colourpoints can be prone to deafness.... So the opportunity for a blue-eyed cat without that defect is to be encouraged in our breeding programme.

is being allowed in the States under the colour of Sepia spots and Lynx
points. Please note information supplied.
Just to let you know that the Snow Serengeti is a breed that is recognised
and registered by the TICA . IT comes in under the heading
of SEAL SEPTIA SPOTTED TABBY -SERENGETI /BG/OS/SI
and SEAL SPOTTED LYNX POINT -SERENGETI/BG/OS/SI
However there are no standard of points for showing this colour varation of the Serengeti as of yet, I am sure that it will follow soon.
